key points of friction hindering the adoption of rooftop solar and other sustainable products
through a digital lending platform combined with an online B2B marketplace and a tech
enabled asset quality management system.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to lead the definition, development, and optimization of our CRM workflows and automations. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and aligning CRM functionalities with business objectives, specifically using LeadSquare or similar platforms.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- CRM Workflow Design and Optimization
Define and implement business workflows in the CRM system, ensuring alignment with overall business processes and goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM functionality that improves efficiency and productivity.
Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize CRM workflows to ensure seamless operations.
- Automation and Efficiency
Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks and processes in the CRM to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
Ensure that automations support the entire customer lifecycle, from lead management to
customer service, and are aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement, test, and maintain CRM automation tools and
ensure system stability.
Ensure accurate and consistent customer data across the CRM platform through data
governance and validation strategies.
Implement processes for regular data maintenance, cleansing, and validation to ensure
data integrity.
- Business Process Alignment
Work with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, finance) to ensure that CRM
processes support business needs.
Assist in integrating CRM with other business systems to provide a unified view of
customer interactions and enhance reporting capabilities.
- System Integration and Management
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the CRM system is integrated with other platforms
and business tools to streamline data flow and reporting.
Act as the CRM subject matter expert, providing support and training to end-users on new
features, workflows, and automations.
Ensure the CRM system complies with data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and
internal data governance policies.
Develop and customize CRM reports to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Track key CRM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and reporting
findings to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM management or business analysis within a SaaS or
technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience with LeadSquare or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in workflow optimization, automation, and system
integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across
departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
